BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a HR Systems Advisor.

The role can be based from any of our UK & Ireland office locations with hybrid flexible working arrangements encouraged and actively supported.

The HR Systems Advisor will report into the UK & Ireland HR Systems Manager.

Your mission

Within BAM we will further drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and common solutions. This requires harmonised and modern ways of working, standardised and automated processes, leveraging self-service and a platform that provides (predictive) people analytics and reporting. This will support the business to attract the best people in the market, while ensuring a competent and engaged work force that will be ‘Building a sustainable tomorrow’.

With this position we are looking to grow our HR Systems team with an ambitious, enthusiastic and data-minded team player, who will have the opportunity to have a real impact on BAM’s operations and strategic achievement as we continuously improve our HR Systems estate.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide user support across a varied range of HR Systems and data integrations.

· Deliver data activities for HR Systems, such as data loads and validation.

· Provide accurate and timely reporting and analytics from HR Systems.

Who are we looking for?

· Prior experience of working with HR Systems for core business processes, such as recruitment, central HR, time management, compensation and benefits, payroll, learning, performance and development.

· Prior experience of SAP SuccessFactors and/or Benify advantageous.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.

· Prior experience of reporting and analytics tooling, such as Power BI, advantageous.
