HR Systems Analyst (Hybrid)
Salary: £35k – £45k depending on experience
Location: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN16 1XA
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Days)
Work Style: Hybrid (Office-based and Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Systems Analyst to support the development, optimisation and maintenance of our HR technology platforms, with a focus on MHR iTrent and associated systems including Docebo and Business Objects.

You will play a key role in supporting the HR team and wider business in leveraging system capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iTrent and reporting tools, with the confidence to lead on system improvements and provide expert-level support across a broad range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Systems Management and Development
Lead the support, configuration, development and ongoing improvement of HR and Payroll systems.
Oversee the full operational lifecycle of platforms including upgrades, patches and system health checks.
Manage user access, security profiles and permissions in line with internal policies and GDPR.

Reporting and Data Analytics
Deliver and enhance reporting through Business Objects, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful management information.
Contribute to the wider data strategy by supporting dashboards, trend analysis and decision-making tools.

User Support and Training
Provide responsive support to end-users, maintaining high service levels.
Develop and deliver training materials, including user guides and onboarding resources.
Act as the primary contact for HR system queries and incidents, liaising with external providers as needed.

Process Optimisation
Review and analyse current system usage and HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements that maximise system potential and support business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential
Proven experience managing and supporting MHR iTrent platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, LMS, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Experience using Business Objects or similar reporting tools for HR data analysis and dashboard development.

Desirable
Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders and drive system optimisation initiatives.
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Positive, flexible and collaborative approach to work.
